Training


Resistant training: is a series of workshops to support physical resistance, as an individual or group/collective. To understand our body’s strength as individuals and groups to b confident in using our body to resist.

Coordination training: To increase spatial awareness and better coordination.

Manual handling training: How to move, shift or lift heavy load e.g. person, equipment or item.

Bike riding: To learn (from age 3+) how to ride a bike in a safe and empowering environment.
